Summer is Here!
The PLCC Membership year runs from April 1st to March 31 of the following year. Membership is required for use of PLCC Properties

Membership Types

Family*
Available to those residents who are property owner(s) in the Pinecliff Lake Community and all other persons residing in their household. Family Membership Form
Senior*
Available to those residents who are property owner(s) in the Pinecliff Lake Community where the property owner attains the age of 62 by April 1. This reduced rate Senior Membership is limited to households with no more than three individual members. Senior Membership Form
Pinecliff Associate
Members who are residents, by virtue of being tenants, lessees, and members of their household in the Pinecliff Lake Community, where the owner of the property does not have a Family Membership or Senior Membership in good standing at that address . Pinecliff Associate Membership Form
*To be eligible for a Family or Senior Membership the Pinecliff property must be "in good standing" per the PLCC Constitution.
Additional Memberships Available
Associate
Available to persons residing outside the boundaries of the Pinecliff Lake Community but within a 15 mile radius of Pinecliff Lake. Associate Membership Form
Caregiver
A caregiver is available to a person who is caring for someone in a PLCC member’s household who is not a member and who does not live within the boundaries of Pinecliff. Restrictions Apply. Caregiver Membership Form
