Membership Information
Any property owner or resident located within the boundaries of the Pinecliff Lake Community is eligible to apply for membership. Membership year runs April 1 - March 31 following year. Membership required for use of PLCC Properties
Membership Registration
Family Membership
Available to those residents who are property owner(s) in the Pinecliff Lake Community and all other persons residing in their household.
Associate Memberships
Available to persons residing outside the boundaries of the Pinecliff Lake Community but within a 15 mile radius of Pinecliff Lake.
Senior Membership
Available to those residents who are property owner(s) in the Pinecliff Lake Community where the property owner attains the age of 62 by April 1. This reduced rate Senior Membership is limited to households with no more than three individual members.
Pinecliff Associate Membership
Members who are residents, by virtue of being tenants, lessees, and members of their household in the Pinecliff Lake Community, where the owner of the property does not have a Family Membership or Senior Membership in good standing at that address.

Required for properties transferring ownership, whether the property IS or is NOT in good standing.
Agreement can be added to an eligible membership for an additional fee per Caregiver/Babysitter. Restrictions apply, see agreement.
